Lorena Teer - General Manager / Principal Broker
Lorena is a participative management professional, results focused, innovative and practical. Seeing potential and opportunity is one of her primary talents. Lorena leads collaborative efforts to create new systems and processes to benefit her clients and company. Her experience in progressive leadership has created a passion for surpassing financial and service objectives. Lorena obtained her real estate broker’s license in 1989 and has extensive knowledge in sales, brokerage management and property management. Lori Barnett – Assistant Property & Portfolio Manager
Lori is originally from Florida and has lived in Oregon since 2006. With everything under her belt from cattle ranching to commercial construction she brings her eclecticism to the team. Lori started her career in property management three years ago and we are lucky to have her. Denise A. Smith – Property and Portfolio Manager
Denise has worked in property management for the past 13 years. She has worked for multi-family and single-family home management companies as both on site and off site Property Manager. She currently oversees a portfolio of properties ranging from apartment communities to single family homes. Denise is currently studying to become a licensed Property Manager. John Marker – Maintenance Technician
John is an East Coast native and has lived in Oregon for over 14 years. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and has 20 years of trade experience. From general contracting to small appliance repair John is our “Go To” guy. His hobbies include camping, crabbing and spending time with his family and friends.
Amie Loudermilk - Cleaning Technician
Amie has been with Principle Property Management since September of 2011 and cleans all of our properties. Amie is currently attending college to attain her BA in Healthcare Administration. She has lived in Oregon since 1993 and some of her hobbies are spending time with her sons, hunting & fishing, and of course watching Duck Football. Jennifer Zamprelli - Maintenance Coordinator & Office Manager
Jennifer has been an Administrative Professional for over 15 years and is new to the west coast. Born and raised in NYC she has also lived in London, England; Chicago, IL and Madison, WI. Eugene, OR has been her home for the past three years. Jennifer has a background in sales, marketing and office management.
